Slim Recipe.........

Slim Recipe:
Breakfast:(7:00-9:00)

2 Hot dog + Poached egg+Black coffee (If you don't drink black coffee, drink green tea (no sugar) or water instead ) (Medical report shows that a cup of black coffee on the morning will improves 10-20% metabolism)

PS: Can't drink dairy products. Coffee can't add mike.

Lunch:(12:00-2:00)

Chicken breast Soup(Chicken breast+shredded ginger+salt+pepper)+cold HAN TIAN FILAMENTS noodle(HAN TIAN FILAMENTS 8g+cucumber+soy sauce)+one guava

PS: Cook more chicken soup. You can put HAN TIAN FILAMENTS inside chicken soup that becomes HAN TIAN FILAMENTS chicken soup noodle ( can use to be dinner ). It's OK to eat chicken soup & chicken breast when you are hungry (don't worry).


Dinner:(5:00-7:00)

HAN TIAN FILAMENTS egg soup(egg+salt+HAN TIAN FILAMENTS 8g)+Garlic Paste beef(boiled sliced beef+shredded ginger+Garlic paste soy sauce)+one guava

*Before Sleeping : One lactic acid bacteria Plum with 300c.c water
 (Must eat... help metabolism and defecation "poop")


For big eater slim recipe:( also suit for men)

8OZ beef steak(butter+8OZ beef +salt)+cold HAN TIAN FILAMENTS noodle(HAN TIAN FILAMENTS 8g+cucumber+soy sauce)+2 guava+one cup of black coffee or non sugar green tea.

PS: beef steak don't use steak sauce, use salt


Dinner:(5:00-7:00)

HAN TIAN FILAMENTS chicken soup(Chicken breast+HAN TIAN FILAMENTS 8g+shredded ginger+salt+pepper)+Fried Beef(beef+oil+satay
)+2 guava

*Before Sleeping : One lactic acid bacteria Plum with 300c.c water
 (Must eat... help metabolism and defecation "poop")


Maintain Weight & Control Blood sugar:When you cook rice, add some HAN TIAN FILAMENTS(Ex: rice for 4 people add 5g HAN TIAN FILAMENTS)

Prevent blood sugar rise to quickly. Supply collagen.

PS: Recipe above, HAN TIAN FILAMENTS 8g. Don't use any food which contain starch instead HAN TIAN FILAMENTS (For example: rice.bread.noodle),
Beside tomato, don't use any other fruit which contain sugar to instead guava.Otherwise, this recipe won't work,Be careful. 

To slim is not to eat less. Main thing is how to eat. HAN TIAN FILAMENTS contains a lot of dietary fiber, it use to decrease insulin release.(No insulin = No fat)
Keeping eat less and suffer the hungry to control calorie is not a good way to slim.
It would be better to control insulin release to slim and no need to suffer the hungry.
Also this way slims the most fat part.
If you are big eater, and still feel hungry. You can eat more chicken or beef, but not food which contain starch.

Above recipe use low GI food which contains high dietary fiber to control the insulin release and supply the collagen.
When foods are not easy to transformed into fat, our metabolism will eliminate our original body fat.
Everyone's metabolism efficiency is different, therefore slim efficiency is also different.
Some people may take longer time.
Because low GI food may occur constipated(not easy to poop)
Therefore, take one lactic acid bacteria Plum with 300c.c water before sleeping can help poop.
Also the supply of lactic acid bacteria can help our basic body energy.
